The Challenges
Arcotec is the designer and general contractor for constructing the swimming pool for the hotel, which includes the main pool for adults, and an attached kids pool.
The project entailed demolishing an existing deck, water fountain, and covered terrace spread over 2,200 square feet and removing several grown trees. Arcotec then carried out the excavation, civil works, and construction for the pools, including masonry, MEP, and finishes.
