The Challenges
Following the catastrophic 2010 Haitian earthquake, Arcotec became part of the contractors that worked on the iconic Lycée Jean Baptiste Pointe De Sable. The project comprised 10 buildings, each 60 m2, and a cafeteria at 130 m2 spread over 14 hectares. The campus has 18 classrooms, an administration building, a medical clinic, a cafeteria, 2 sanitary facilities, and a library.
Our construction company in Haiti carried out all the structural work and construction of the main road’s 2 km internal roads and culvert.
