The Challenges
Cayala, a commercial office building with apartment options was recently completed by Arcotec’s design-build team and a collaboration with Youri F. Mevs Architects. We teamed up with our Miami based engineering firm for developing the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings, while architect and owner assisted with the selection of finish materials. Arcotec managed all sub-contractors involved in the project, and ensured that it delivered a project as envisioned by architect and project owner.
