The Challenges
Under the supervision of Kier Group, Arcotec paved the way for constructing this 11-story, 175-room world-class hotel. Starting with the substructure, we did the earthwork to the required depth for creating the foundation of the building.
In addition to concrete forming and reinforcing, we built a cast-in-place concrete shell that aligns with international building standards. Our Haiti contracting company was also responsible for building all stairwells and main and service elevator shafts within the building.
